But as I was looking it over and considering how I might be able to "fill in" the scratches, right around the seam of where the hard shell meets the pink zipper line, I saw a little bit of thin plastic film sticking up. I started to remove a little of it, and was even worried that I was taking off a layer of paint or "shine" or something, but lo and behold, underneath the film the shell looked beautiful. It was even shinier, and all the "scratches" pulled off with the film.
